Welcome to Do-Re-Mi
Welcome to Do-Re-Mi Early Childhood Education Centre. Finding a new education and care Service for your child can be a daunting task.
At Do-Re-Mi Early Childhood Education Centre our aim is to provide a secure and happy environment where children can develop their intellectual, social, emotional, physical, aesthetic skills to become competent and confident individuals.
And for you as a parent/guardian, feel safe in the knowledge that your child is receiving the best possible care.
Our Rooms
Why Choose Us
Our veggie patch provides a large variety of learning opportunities as our children are active in caring for the flowers and plants everyday.
Our service has zero food waste as our on site chickens and horses are very well fed! We also offer our own “return and earn”, plastic bottle collection and all proceeds are donated to a local charity.

Health and Wellbeing
Our educators take a holistic approach to ensuring the whole child is cared for - mind, body and spirit!!
Our rooms have a relaxed atmosphere where our educators encourage the children to find time to relax.
Yoga is a popular transition activity that children enjoy before lunch or after morning tea. Our centre also provides health services such as dental and eye clinics throughout the year.
Our educators are trained to follow the much and move curriculum, which is a program that promotes nutrition and fundamental movement skills.

Reconciliation Action Plan
Our centre recognises our First Nations people and our Reconciliation Action Plan helps to guide indigenous perspectives throughout our program
and practice. Our yarning circle is surrounded by bush tucker plants and invites children to sit together and share stories and conversations.
Local aboriginal artists are invited to our service to help to educate our children in the different artistic techniques. The centre has many resources that reflect and respect the indigenous culture.

School readiness
School readiness is incorporated throughout our daily curriculum as each and every programmed activity
has a goal and purpose. STEM, Numeracy, Literacy are just small ways in which we prepare children for school as a child’s social emotional wellbeing are incorporated into our holistic approach.
At Do-Re-Mi, children are encouraged to develop their self help skills, work on group projects, participate in room tasks all with the goal to develop self confidence, leadership qualities and strong foundational life skills.
